Casey Chinn

Casey is a fine art photographer living with his family in his native town of Colorado Springs, Colorado. He studied Fine Art Photography at Colorado Mountain College in Glenwood Springs and, in 1990, earned an Associates Degree in Photography from The Colorado Institute of Art in Denver. He has been a working professional commercial and landscape photographer for nearly 20 years. His work shows a passion for capturing the natural world in all of its splendor by exploring form, texture and quality of light. He strives to convey to the viewer the essence, beauty and mystery of his subjects. Casey experiments with a variety of techniques and subject matter, and works skillfully in color as well as black and white. He has had numerous displays of his work in local venues, including The Bridge Gallery, The Fine Arts Center, The Business of Art Center and The Pikes Peak Center. His work is currently on display at Mountain Living Studios, Manitou Springs, Colorado.
