Hi Joe,
If I remember correctly from last week, it did show that my file was pending for the assignment file.
Maybe you can try to upload it again and delete the first one?
I think something like this happened a few times last assignment, too, but it was back to normal later on.

We checked and it works fine. If you have problems please write to support specifying the file ID and describing step by step what you did. |

i would think that everyone who is eligible would be able to submit a photo/vector. |

It is a little confusing for those who want to vote, since there is no explanation about how you have to vote.
For future assignments it would be cool to have a short instruction and a date when voting ends.
What I did now is to give every image 1 - 5 points except of my own ones. Will all of them be recorded or can you just vote for a limited number of images? Are you allowed to vote for your own images? What is better? 1 or 5 ? Such instructions perhaps would lead to more voters since many perhaps just look at it, are confused and go away again.
PS. and this sentence is highly confusing as well: "Official voting Submission stage is officially ended and you can now check out ALL approved files to vote for your favorites."
Has the voting ended or shall you vote now? |

Much more confusing is that voting starts while images waiting for approval... ok, again I failed with my shoots but nevertheless it seems not fair for the pictures that come in last. So please admins can you find out a square deal for all participating members?

The green assignment is now officially closed. Let's see the winners:
First place goes to Martinedegraaf for her child blowing a magical turbine. Looks like the trend is set by the younger generation teaching us a great lesson on conservation and alternative power sources:
Second place goes to Eti Swinford for her bike ride to work - a means of transport which is not only environmentally friendly but also healthy. Not to mention the fact that it keeps you fit and slim :).
Third place goes to Paolo de Santis for his open earth globe which, "surprisingly", is green at its core and we hope to keep it like this:
As announced at the beginning of this assignment, the winner gets to act directly and beneficially on the environment. A $300 donation will be made in her name to the Adopt an Acre / A Reef program at The Center for Ecosystem Survival. This sum will save 6 acres of forest or reef.
Dreamstime T-shirts will be offered to all three green "medalists".
Congratulations to all participants.

Haha, I just told my son (he's the one in the photograph) that we had won. He was jumping up and down in excitement because he thought we were to go visit the piece of reef we are protecting now :)))
He now hopes for a map to come with the certificate so he can look up 'our' piece of reef on his globe. He's really excited about it!
